Does it revert back to the login page every time you enter your username & password ?

If so, this could be because your Browser Cookie settings are disabled.

To correct this find your Browser below and follow the simple step by step instructions.
(This will not compromise any security issues on your computer. )

If you still can not login after trying the below, let us know.

To Enable Cookies in Internet Explorer 6

  • Step 1: Select/Click "Tools" from your Internet Explorer menu bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu drop down list. This will open the "Internet Options" window.
  • Step 3: Select/Click the "Privacy" tab in the "Internet Options" window. This will display the privacy settings for the Internet zones
  • Step 4: Select/Click the "Advanced…" button under the "Settings" sub heading. This will open the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window.
  • Step 5: Tick the box called Override Automatic Cookie Handling
  • Step 6: Select the First Party Cookies & Third Party Cookies Accept radio buttons.
  • Step 7:Tick the Check box "always allow session cookies."
  • Step 8: Click OK to exit the settings box

To Enable Cookies in Internet Explorer 5

  • Step 1: Select/Click "Tools" from your Internet Explorer menu bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu drop down list. This will open the "Internet Options" window.
  • Step 3: Select/Click the "Security" tab in the "Internet Options" window. This will display the "Web content zones"
  • Step 4: Select/Click "Internet" for you web content zone. This should show the security level for this zone.
  • Step 5: Select/Click the "Custom Level..." button. This should open the "Security Settings" window.
  • Step 6: Scroll through the settings until you find the heading "Cookies". The "Cookies" heading will have the subheading "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
  • Step 7: Select/Click "Enable" or "Prompt" under the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" subheading. Click "OK" when exiting each window to save your changes.

To Enable Cookies in Internet Explorer 4

  • Step 1: Select/Click "Edit" from your Internet Explorer menu bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Internet Options" from the "Edit" menu drop down list. This will open the "Internet Options" window.
  • Step 3: Select/Click the "Security" tab in the "Internet Options" window. This will display the "Web content zones"
  • Step 4: Select/Click "Internet" for you web content zone. This should show the security level for this zone.
  • Step 5: Select/Click the "Custom Level..." button. This should open the "Security Settings" window.
  • Step 6: Scroll through the settings until you find the heading "Cookies". The "Cookies" heading will have the subheading "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
  • Step 7: Select/Click "Enable" or "Prompt" under the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" subheading. Click "OK" when exiting each window to save your changes.

To Enable Cookies in Netscape 6 & 7

  • Step 1: Select/Click "Edit" from your Netscape menu bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu drop down list. This will open the "Preference" window.
  • Step 3: Double Click "Privacy & Security" from the "Preferences" window. Then select/click "Cookies" to see cookie options - Click on your browser example: Netscape 6 or Netscape 7.
  • Step 4: Select/Check "Enable all cookies" or "Enable cookies for the originating web site only" from the "Cookies" settings. Click the "OK" button to save your changes.

To Enable Cookies in Netscape 4

  • Step 1: Select/Click "Edit" from your Netscape menu bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu drop down list. This will open the "Preference" window.
  • Step 3: Select/Click "Advanced" from the "Preferences" window. This will display the "Advanced" settings.
  • Step 4: Select/Check "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" from the "Advanced" settings. Click the "OK" button to save your changes.

To Enable Cookies in AOL 5

  • Step 1: Select/Click "My AOL" from your tool bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Preferences" from the "My AOL" drop down menu. This will open the "Preferences" window.
  • Step 3: Select/Click "WWW" from the "Preferences" window. This will display the "AOL Internet Properties" window.
  • Step 4: Select/Click the "Security" tab in the "AOL Internet Properties" window. This will display the "Web content zones"
  • Step 5: Select/Click "Internet" for you web content zone. This should show the security level for this zone.
  • Step 6: Select/Click the "Custom Level..." button. This should open the "Security Settings" window.
  • Step 7: Scroll through the settings until you find the heading "Cookies". The "Cookies" heading will have the subheading "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
  • Step 8: Select/Click "Enable" or "Prompt" under the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" subheading. Click "OK" when exiting each window to save your changes.

To Enable Cookies in AOL 6 & 7

  • Step 1: Select/Click "Settings" from your tool bar.
  • Step 2: Select/Click "Preferences" from the "Settings" drop down menu. This will open the "Preferences" window.
  • Step 3: Select/Click "Internet Properties (WWW)" from the "Preferences" window. This will display the "Internet Options" window.
  • Step 4: Select/Click the "Security" tab in the "Internet Options" window. This will display the "Web content zones"
    § Step 5: Select/Click "Internet" for you web content zone. This should show the security level for this zone.
  • Step 6: Select/Click the "Custom Level..." button. This should open the "Security Settings" window.
  • Step 7: Scroll through the settings until you find the heading "Cookies". The "Cookies" heading will have the subheading "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"

  • Step 9: You may need to log off and log back on for AOL to activate changes you make.
